Sienna Miller looks blooming as she enjoys a Italian babymoon with fiancé Tom Sturridge

She's still got a few months to go before she becomes a first time mother, but Sienna Miller is making the most of her baby-free life on a 'babymoon' with fiancé Tom Sturridge.

The couple were spotted enjoying La Dolce Vita as they enjoyed a romantic holiday to the Italian Riviera.

With her blossoming bump clear to see under her denim shirt, the 30-year-old actress looked besotted with her actor boyfriend, 26, as they strolled through the picturesque streets.

Stopping for a leisurely lunch, Miller rubbed her belly as she chowed down on some hearty Italian food.

The couple, who are thought to be engaged, have been dating for over a year.

Miller spoke about how excited she was about her 'babymoon' in a recent interview with InStyle magazine.

She said: 'Now that I’m pregnant, I’ve made sure my schedule is quiet. I’ve been doing a little bit of yoga and I want to take time to look after myself.

'I’m going on holiday soon, which will be lovely; it’s a pre-baby, last hurrah trip.

'I'm in the mood for lying on a beach, reading a lot of books and a bit of culture. I like being able to walk into an old town and find good local food.'

Miller confirmed pregnancy rumours in an interview with Vogue magazine two months ago.

She told the British edition of the magazine: 'I'm feeling fine. It's all progressing nicely and it's very exciting. It's nice to start a new decade.'

But she said she didn't want to go into too much detail about her pregnancy because she is trying to keep her life as private as possible.

She explained: 'I'm in my second trimester, so I'm I-can-talk-about-it pregnant, even though I'm under strict instructions not to say anything as it would completely defeat the point of everything I've tried to achieve in the last eight years.'

Sienna and Tom, most famous for his role in The Boat That Rocked, began dating a few weeks after her second split from ex-fiancé Jude Law in January 2011.

The actress and Law originally dated for three years before calling off their engagement in November 2005 after the actor admitted to cheating on her with his children's nanny.

But they reconciled for just over a year when both starring in Broadway plays in New York in December 2010.
