Ingeniously, this cinches the liquid into shape – yet allows it to remain softer and creamier than your average lippie. The result is 19 shades that melt on to lips, marrying the colour intensity of a matt lipstick with the blanketing moisture of a balm and the light-reflecting finish of a gloss.
