Poueu, 28, proposed to Anderson, 33, during a special episode of the Biggest Loser in 2010. Before their wedding, he suffered serious injuries after a fall from the roof of a four story building in 2011 and spent nine months in recovery. Shortly after, he admitted to Anderson that "he wanted to have children and grow old with me," she said at the time.
The couple announced in January that they were expecting; they'll welcome a baby boy in July.
