Sharon Stone has become embroiled in her third lawsuit in less than a year.
The Basic Instinct star has filed a lawsuit claiming the former nanny who sued her last year over labor violations owes her $9,500.
Stone's lawsuit against Erlinda Elemen alleged that she loaned the former nanny $12,500 in 2010, but she only repaid $3,000, according to a report in TMZ.
Elemen in her May 2012 lawsuit against Stone claimed the actress made disparaging racial remarks against her Filipino ancestry and that she was wrongfully terminated in February 2011.
Stone, 55, in her lawsuit said she was seeking the remaining $9,500 in debt from Elemen, plus interest.
Elemen
in her lawsuit alleged that Stone made disparaging remarks about her
accent and told the nanny not to talk to her children because she didn't
want them to 'talk like' her.
The lawsuit alleged that Elemen's hours and pay were reduced after Stone accused her of 'stealing' for getting overtime pay despite an alleged seven-day workweek.
After Elemen filed her complaint in May 2012, Sharon's spokesperson called it a 'frivolous lawsuit' and said the 'absurd claims' were made up.
The Oscar-nominated actress also was sued last month by a former housekeeper.
Former maid Angelica Castillo sued Stone for wrongful termination and wrongful retaliation.
Castillo in her lawsuit claimed that she was hurt on the job, but Stone refused to ease her workload despite her doctor's orders.
Stone recently shared a kiss with supermodel Kate Moss at a charity event in Brazil.
The two beautiful women co-hosted the event to raise money for AIDS research.
Stone was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress for her role in the 1995 Martin Scorsese Las Vegas mob drama Casino.
She has three adopted children and has been married twice.
