A second-grade teacher has been fired for inappropriate behavior, which included urinating in his classroom in front of the students and making them take the bottle to the bathroom.
Ron Tuitt had taught in Paterson's schools in New Jersey since 1996. Before he was fired, he was teaching second grade at School 13.
Court documents show that between 2006 and 2011, he often urinated in a plastic container with students present and then would ask students to take the container to the boys' bathroom to flush it.
Tuitt would tell his students to close their eyes while he was doing it and would sometimes let the students sit in his motorized wheelchair.

Other accusations said he directed students to go on personal errands for him, improperly drove them home and also sent inappropriate emails to parents.
The 56-year-old denied some of the charges and told the state that others were because he was ill and his principal removed some doctor-recommended accommodations from him, such as placing his classroom beside the elevator.
The president of the city’s teachers union said Tuitt was being treated unfairly, largely because the former principal at School 13, Michelle James, didn’t like him because he was popular with students.
Peter Tirri told New Jersey.com: 'This should have never happened to Ron Tuitt. It’s absurd for him to go through all this and lose his job.
One by one, the principal took away all the accommodations and made it more and more difficult for him to deal with his medical situation.'But State Education Commissioner Christopher Cerf approved removing Tuitt's tenure protection and firing him on April 18.
