The singer, who has a six-month-old daughter Teddy with wife Ayda Field, is preparing to head back on the road later this year for a stadium tour supported by Olly Murs
Announcing the tour last year, Robbie said: 'I believe that I am at a place in my career where its time to put my foot down, that this is what I do, its legacy time for me.
'I'm getting my handicap down in golf and all that business. I'm nearly 40, that's what I'm trying to say.
'I don't know how many times I will get given this opportunity... I want to go and seal my place in pop history.'
And Troublemaker singer Olly is also looking forward to the tour, which kicks off in June.
He said in a recent interview: 'It will just be good to hang out with Robbie. It's also about enjoying it with the people around you.
'I think that's why Robbie's got me on tour, not just because he wants me to put on a good show but genuinely because I'm a good guy.
'I'm a good mate of his and we can have a bit of a laugh.'
