Mick Fleetwood separation, It appears as if that Fleetwood Mac‘s Mick Fleetwood and his wife will be going their own way. TMZ reports that the 65-year-old drummer has filed for legal separation from his third wife, Lynn Susan Frankel Fleetwood, whom he married in 1995.
According to TMZ, Fleetwood is citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. He’s asking for joint legal custody of the couple’s 11-year-old twin daughters, but wants Lynn to retain primary physical custody of the girls. TMZ says the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is seeking to keep ownership of all of his premarital music royalties, as well as any memorabilia that belonged to him before he and Lynn tied the knot.
Fleetwood’s first wife was model Jenny Boyd, whose sister Patti is the ex-wife of both George Harrison and Eric Clapton. Mick and Jenny were married from 1970 to 1974. His second marriage, to model Sara Recor, lasted from 1988 to the early ’90s.
Fleetwood currently is out on the road with Fleetwood Mac, whose North American tour runs through a July 6 concert in Sacramento, California.
