Chantal
Spears - also known as Ronald Spears - has claimed the reality star
struck her in December 2009 outside the Playhouse Nightclub in
Hollywood.
Kardashian, 28, has steadfastly denied the allegations and accused Spears of making up the entire tale.
The reality television star
asked a judge to order a full mental evaluation of Spears and the
request was granted, according to a report by TMZ.
Spears filed court documents last year stating that she would settle out of court, if Kardashian paid $150,000 for allegedly causing her mental and emotional anxiety.
Spears claims that she approached Khloe's husband, Lamar Odom, and told him he was too young to be married and was promptly hit by Kardashian.
The couple had just gotten hitched a few months before and Odom was 30 at the time.
Police responded at the time of the alleged altercation and no arrests were made.
The lawsuit remains ongoing.
Odom, 33, was accused last week of operating a fraudulent cancer charity in an investigation by sports network ESPN.
The network's Outside The Lines
program claimed that none of the $2.2million raised by Odom's charity,
Cathy's Kids, had gone to cancer-related causes since its foundation in
2004.
Kardashian took to Twitter to defend her husband and said no charitable funds were misused and the charity had been given a 'clean bill of health' by the Internal Revenue Service.
Kardashian in her husband's defense said the charity, which is named after Lamar's late mother, was created to benefit under-privileged youths and support cancer research.
ESPN reached out to Odom for comment and he reportedly responded by saying: 'It's my money.'
