As the rehab facility that she will reportedly be spending 90 days in after striking a plea deal over charges relating to a car crash in June 2012, completely bans tobacco.  
TMZ has revealed that the troubled star's lawyer Mark Heller and prosecutors in her case have settled on a treatment centre called Seafield, which is located in Westhampton Beach, New York.

And while the area has a notorious summer club scene, there is no way that Lilo will be partaking in any partying upon her arrival on May 2.
The rehab centre is said to have very strict rules, including no use of cell phones, dressing in revealing clothing and a ban on cigarettes, which will no doubt come as a blow for the chain-smoking star.
Judges and prosecutors had earlier agreed that Lindsay must stay at a lock-down facility.

However, those types of rehabilitation centres do not exist in the US, so they were reportedly forced to settle on Seafield.
The centre does not allow inpatients to leave, however by law they are not allowed to be held.
According to TMZ, Lindsay's plea bargain was modified to allow her to stay at Seafield, but judges and prosecutors chose the facility because of it's 24-hour around the clock security.

If Lindsay were to leave the premises, she would be quickly caught out and authorities would be notified.
In that scenario, the Mean Girls star would be in violation of probation and would most likely be sent straight to jail.
And if the actress is in fact staying at Seafield, it doesn't come cheap either.

A stay at Seafield costs approximately $4,025 a week, so for 90 days Lilo is looking at a pricy $51,750 stay.
Lindsay's reported stay at the New York state centre has allegedly further been amended due to conditions that she must see out the full 90 days of rehab.
Seafield only has a 28-day program, but TMZ reports that the administrator of the facility told prosecutors that he would make amendments especially for the troubled starlet.
Meanwhile, Lindsay's lawyer Heller has reportedly been telling several publications that a rehab facility for his client has not yet been finalised.

However sources tell TMZ that Heller is not being truthful and Seafield has in fact been confirmed for her 90-day stay.
Despite it's strict rules, Seafield looks quite quaint with it's pretty manicured and spacious grounds.
However, Lindsay will have to get used to sleeping in a single bed as Seafield's website features pictures of bedrooms which appear sparsely furnished and small.
Meanwhile, Lindsay made her first appearance on television on Tuesday night since being ordered to rehab.
The troubled actress became tearful during her appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman after being complimented by the acerbic talk-show host for taking his jokes about her troubles on the chin.

After several awkward minutes of the actress laughing along with his gags about her shoplifting charges and multiple court appearances Letterman said: 'We'd never thought we see you again honestly because of the jokes and stuff.
'But yet you have enough spine, enough sense of yourself, enough poise to come out here and talk to me.'
The star couldn't contain her emotion, with tears welling in her eyes, prompting Letterman to hand her a tissue.
'Oh thanks, that makes it obvious and all,' Lindsay said, holding the Kleenex up to the audience.
'She's tearing up a little bit. God bless you,' said a sympathetic Letterman.

The star then tried to introduce a clip featuring herself with Charlie Sheen in the forthcoming Scary Movie 5, but ended up being unable to get the words out, while trying to describe the excerpt.
'There's a lot of things in the scene,' she declared. 'I'm flustered right now because you made me tear up because you're very sweet.'
Earlier, the star confirmed to Letterman she is heading to rehab on May 2, before being subjected to an uncomfortable grilling about her prospective treatment.
'I think it's a blessing and not a curse,' she told the talk show host about her treatment.
'To be honest, I'm the happiest when I'm working and the healthiest. I think this is an opportunity for me to focus on what I love in life.'
Wearing a very conservative orange and white floral dress with her hair in a loose updo, the star tried her best to deflect Letterman's questions during the chat.
'Aren't you supposed to be in rehab now?' Letterman asked.
'Don't you watch anything that goes on? What are you a tabloid now?' she retorted, imploring the talk show host to concentrate on discussing her acting projects.
But in typical fashion, the veteran late night host didn't let the star off the hook that easily, asking her how long she was going to be in rehab for and how many times she had been treated previously.
'Several,' Lindsay acknowledged about her forthcoming sixth time in rehab where she will spend three months.
'What are they rehabbing?' asked Letterman, to audience laughter. 'What is on their list? What are they going to work on when you walk through the door?'
'We didn't discuss this in the pre-interview,' replied an increasingly uncomfortable Lindsay. 'Just saying to everyone.'
'You're lucky that we have this rehab that you're looking forward to, before you got hurt and someone else gets hurt' said Letterman.
'I agree - I'm looking forward to it,' Lindsay said. 'I'm looking forward to some time for myself. The next time I come on the show, that will be in my past.
Letterman then expressed surprise that the actress had actually turned up to be on the show.
'I showed up! Like I wasn't going to!' Lindsay scoffed.
'Who's taking you to rehab?' Letterman then asked.
'Oh God. Jimmy Fallon, and you,' Lindsay responded before correcting herself. 'I don't want people to think I'm making a joke of that. I'm not. It's no joking matter.'
