Buns of steel! Coco shows off her extraordinarily muscular physique in a string bikini as she flexes for the camera

She works hard on her super-toned figure, and certainly isn't shy when it comes to showing off the results.

And Coco took her love of sharing revealing Twitter pictures of herself to a whole new level earlier this week by posting an extraordinary shot of her muscular physique.

In the picture, Coco is seen wearing an almost indecent string bikini while standing with her legs apart and flexing her butt muscle for the camera.

Captioning the shot, Coco wrote: 'Flexing the top of my booty muscle.. see dedication pays off. #legs #muscle = Power.'

In fact, Coco is so proud of that particular muscle that she does specific exercises to make it more prominent.

She said previously: 'Not everybody can build this muscle. It has to be in your genes. Its kinda looks like the top of a heart shape. I use heavy weights to work this area.'

Coco's incredible picture comes after she admitted to fans on Twitter that she is considering competing in the bodybuilding industry.


But Coco, who has her own fitness blog and is widely respected in the bodybuilding world, does admit that staying in shape became a whole lot more difficult when she hit 30.

Coco, now 34, said: 'I hate to say it but as we age it just gets harder..for me once I hit 30 I had to up the ante with cardio.

The hard work pays off: Coco showed off her figure in a blue bandage dress for the event

'Cardio is EVERYTHING! You have to move your body to where your almost out of breath for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. I took up boxing as well because it moves the whole body.'

In addition to her regular gym workouts, Coco is currently starring in Las Vegas revue Peep Show - which also helps her stay in shape.


She is starring in the show until July 28th.
