It was a girls’ afternoon on Friday for Jennifer Garner and her daughters.
Her little ones, Violet and Seraphina, attended karate practice in Brentwood, California, in matching white trousers and black T-shirts.
Jennifer’s daughters’ ensembles were separated only by the colour of their belts – Violet the more practised orange belt and Seraphina the novice yellow belt.

Not being typical girly girls, the two took to a railing outside their karate studio and went for a swing.
Older sister Violet, age seven, talked her younger sister Seraphina, age four, through the makeshift playground.
The younger of the sisters clung to a railing and hung by her arms, but she had her mother’s support and careful eye behind her.

40-year-old actress stayed behind both her girls as they played for a
while on the railing, but still had the quintessential busy mom staple
in her hand: a cup of coffee.
Dressed for a day of errands, Jennifer wore a loose grey sweater with a white collared shirt poking out the top.
She resorted to one of her favourite staples for the bottom half – classic denim trousers.
A bit of meanswear-inspired footwear rounded out the look, which offered her outfit a surprise pop of colour with a green sole.

Though the Butter actress has been ever the doting mother, she manages to keep her career moving forward as well.
Jennifer is set to co-star with Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto and Steve Zahn in Dallas Buyers Club, set to be released later this year.
The film is loosely based on the true-life tale of Ron Woodroof, who was was diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in 1986 and given thirty days to live.
