But it's a real case of Friends reunited for Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry this week as they're set to appear on screen together once more.
A clip has now been released of Courteney cameoing in Matthew's sitcom Go On, in which she goes on a date with his lead character, Ryan.
In the special episode Courteney plays a widow who has been set up on a blind date with Perry's character.
Cox pretends to burst into tears when the waiter tells her she's missed Happy Hour by seven minutes, only to tell him: 'The other hours of my life aren't happy, why should this be any different?'
An impressed Ryan then commented: 'Wow... you're really playing that card, huh,' to which she replied: 'Don't we deserve things?'
The teaser clip ends with Matthew Perry admitting: 'I like you... I liker her.'
Following the first shoot Matthew wrote on Twitter: 'Courteney Cox shooting Go On today..! She is fantastic, obviously. And my desire to show off in front of her is back in full swing!'
Next to one image she commented: 'My first box husband.'
The show follows Matthew's character Ryan King, who is a sports talk radio host trying to get over the death of his wife.
