So when it came to marking his big day this year, Marvin Humes decided to enjoy some time with his pregnant wife Rochelle, ahead of the birth of their first child in just two months' time.
The JLS singer was seen picking up Rochelle from the ITV studios on Monday morning, after she spent a busy few hours doing promotional work alongside her Saturdays bandmates, before the pair grabbed some lunch.

Speaking on Daybreak on Monday morning, Rochelle admitted she thinks her and Marvin's baby will be a lanky one if it takes after them in the height stakes.
She said: 'The poor thing will be quite lanky I think - the tallies.'
And Rochelle's bandmate Frankie Sandford added: 'It's going to have the most perfect skin!'

Asked if she gets any special treatment from the rest of the band, Rochelle said: 'I always get the seat, which is great.'
Rochelle was also presented with a super-cute onesie bearing the slogan 'Future Popstar' on the front from Lorraine Kelly during their interview on Lorraine.
The singer giggled as she was presented with the white babygro, before popping it in her bag to take home.
